Refund policy
Vena Fit, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping for home gym equipment, fitness apparel, fitness accessories, and outdoor fitness products from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. Fitness apparel must be clean and in resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, used fitness accessories, worn apparel, opened personal-use items, and damaged products caused by misuse may not be accepted for return.
Once your return request is approved and the item is received, we will inspect it and notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
